Tasks <br />include the performance of a wetland delineation and asscssment <br />(including soil and hydrological analysis), and applying for federal, statc <br />and county agency environmental permits. Future tasks will includc <br />onsite wetland mitigation design, construction oversight, and monitoring. <br /> <br />Environmental Task Leader, Broward County Aviation Department <br />(BCAD), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport <br />Expansion Program (2007-Present): Responsible to assist the Airport <br />Expansion Program team and BCAD with ecological-related tasks <br />including wetland mitigation construction and exotic species control <br />oversight, thrcatened and cndangered wildlifc surveys and permitting <br />(including burrowing owl relocations) and environmental permit <br />compliancc activities. I n addition, responsible for the performance of fivc <br />years of quarterly mitigation monitoring and maintenance activitics <br />(includes contractor management and oversight) to ensurc compliance <br />with Federal, State and County environmental permits. <br /> <br />Environmental Task Leader, FDOT, District IV, County Road 609 <br />PACE Study, Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River Counties (2007- <br />Present): Responsibilities include the performance of environmental <br />services in support of Multimodal Planning and Conceptual Engineering <br />(PACE) studies for the dcvelopment of an appropriate corridor concept <br />for the construction/connection of County Road 609 through Martin, St. <br />Lucie and Indian River Counties (formerly identified as Citrus Highway). <br />Tasks include extensive GIS-based analysis, ground-truthing and technical <br />report writing in relation to potential environmental and social impact <br />Issues. <br /> <br />c <br /> <br />Project Manager, Final Design Noise Analysis, N.W. 74th Street <br />Interchange at Florida's Turnpike, Miami (2007-Present): Managed <br />environmental tasks associated with conducting a noise modeling and <br />analysis for the final design of the proposed interchange resulting in the <br />construction of noise walls as approved abatement measures. Tasks <br />
