<br />Feasibility Study (200S-Present): Responsible for conducting an
<br />E.nvironmcntal Permitting Feasibility Rcview to evaluate the potential
<br />"red flags" or fatal flaws associated with the planned expansion of the
<br />Naples Landfill into potentially jurisdictional wetland areas (defined as
<br />preserves) as it pertains to Federal, State and County wetland regulations.

<br />Lead Biologist, Villa Dolce Residence, Miami, Portofino Homes
<br />(200S-Present): Responsible for the preparation and submittal of
<br />environmental resource permit applications for the construction of a large
<br />residential home in protected coastal wetlands. Tasks include the design
<br />of an on site coastal wetlands mitigation plan, EQCB application variance
<br />and hearing, and the preparation of conservation easement documents.

<br />Environmental Task Manager, Blue Heron Development, City of
<br />Doral, Miami-Dade County, Florida (2007-Present): Task Manager
<br />responsible for applying for and obtaining environmental and drainage
<br />permits from federal, state and local agencies. Tasks include the
<br />performance of a wetland delineation and assessment, applying for
<br />federal, state and local agency environmental permits and mitigation
<br />planning through a local mitigation bank.
