<br />Company (2005-2007): Project Manager for environmental-related tasks
<br />associated with installation and operation of pig launcher and receiver
<br />facilities along FGT's existing pipeline lateral in Miami, Florida. Tasks
<br />include conducting wetland and T&E species assessments, cultural
<br />resource assessments, preparation of FERC clearance letters to USF\X!S,
<br />DCA and SHPO, contamination assessments (phase I and Phase II),
<br />regulatory agency coordination, applying for and obtaining a Class V
<br />Dewatering permit through Miami-Dade County DEIUvf, MOT plans
<br />preparation with a lane closure analysis and permitting through FDOT.
<br />1-\dditional tasks include conducting an environmental issues review and
<br />an issues map using GIS for the entire lateral to preliminarily identify
<br />environmental issues prior to conducting the smart pig test for possible
<br />pipeline anomalies due to the requirements of the USDOT Office of

<br />permits where impacts to environmental resources are unavoidable.

<br />Company (200S-Present): Task Manager for environmental-related
<br />tasks associated with relocating three scgments of FGT's mainline
<br />pipelinc along SR 91/Florida's Turnpike in Broward County, Florida.
<br />Tasks include conducting wetland and T&E species assessments,
<br />preparation of FERC clearance letters to USF\X!S, DCA and SHPO,
<br />contamination assessments (Phase I and II), groundwater well installation
<br />in proximity of a superfund site (Florida Petroleum Reprocessors), trench
<br />dewatering sampling, well monitoring, and applying for FDEP ERPs,
<br />USACE Section 404 Pennits, and Broward County Environmental
<br />Resource and Dewatering Licenses.
