'fasks include trench <br />dewatering discharge sampling and analysis, MOT plans prcparation and <br />pcrmitting through FDOT <br /> <br />Projcct Manager, 6-inch Homestead Lateral Loop, Miami-Dade <br />County, Florida Gas Transmission Company (2005-2006): Project <br />Manager for cnvironmental-related tasks associated with relocating a <br />portion of FGT's pipeline due to a new housing developmcnt in tv1iami- <br />Dadc County, Florida. Tasks include conducting wetland and T&E <br />specics assessments, preparation of FERC clearance letters to USF\X1S, <br />DCA and SHPO, contamination assessment (phase I), applying for an <br />FDEP ERP, a USi\CE Section 404 Permit, and a Miami-Dade County <br />DERM Class V Dewatering Permit. <br /> <br />Project Manager, N.W. 74th Street, Miami, PD&E Study and <br />Environmental Permitting, FDOT, District VI (2004-2006): <br />Managed and directed environmental tasks associated with the <br />performance of a PD&E Study. Tasks included preparation of a \'\TER, <br />ESBA, CSER, NSR, AQRand an EA and FONSI for submittal to <br />FH\VA (including public involvement) for proposed roadway <br />improvement and new roadway alignment alternatives.
