Florida <br />Project Description: Project consisted of the construction of 135 slip marina in National Park Preserve <br />directly on the ocean. <br /> <br />Services Provide: Tally Engineering, Inc. was retained for this project to perform inspection and <br />construction management for the construction of this marina, which included the following: (a) drilling <br />the cap rock; (b) installing jetty pilings; (c) construction of the pier caps and beams; (d) place decking; <br />and (e) bringing the water and electric to the slips. Tally Engineering's responsibilities were to inspect <br />the work, perform inspections on all the pile driving, certify the piling logs, inspect al! the rebar for the <br />structural pile caps, monitor, inspect and perform materials testing for all structural concrete, and <br />perform all inspection and certification of al! electrical and plumbing demands; review invoices and <br />recommend to the Owner for payment. <br /> <br />Were Inspection performed timely? <br />Was the Quality of work satisfactory? <br />Was Tally Engineering, Inc.
