<br />Tally Engineering, Inc., in association with Tierra South Florida, Inc. (Geotechnical Engineers),
<br />Applied Foundation Testing, Inc. (Specialty Engineer for Load Testing), C3TS (Environmental
<br />Issues and Permitting), New Millennium Engineering, Inc. (Bridge Design and Construction
<br />Expertise), collectively referred to as Team Tally, is pleased to submit our response to Request For
<br />Qualifications (RFQ), No. 11-07-01, to provide Special Inspection Services, including Geotechnical /
<br />Construction Administration for the City of Sunny Isles.
<br />
<br />Team Tally is a partnership between these firms that aims to align the goals of the team to those of the
<br />City of Sunny Isles. Collaborative and facilitative leadership is the key to accomplishing this objective.
<br />Our team has worked together on numerous projects and excellent teamwork already exists among the
<br />firms.
<br />
<br />Team Tally's strength consists of over 30 CTQP personnel qualified in multiple disciplines, capable of
<br />providing the required services especially at the peak of project personnel needs.

<br />Team Tally is fully committed to this project, and shall be available for assignment within 48 hours after
<br />notification. Our experience in geotechnical engineering, civil and utility design and coordination
<br />services, bridge design and construction, building design and construction, including threshold and
<br />special inspection services, construction administration and engineering services, environmental
<br />services, material testing and laboratory services has raised our awareness and made us ever so
