<br />sampling, project data, source and intended use. Monitor and review all the laboratory results
<br />to ensure that they are in full compliance with plan and specifications and project documents.

<br />. Perform vibration monitoring during the pile driving to make sure that the foundation
<br />contractor is in full compliance with his contract.
<br />
<br />. Conduct inspections of erosion control to ensure proper installation and maintenance is being
<br />performed daily.
<br />. Work with the contractor and the City to ensure that the motoring public and pedestrians are not
<br />exposed to unreasonable delays or unsafe conditions.
<br />
<br />. Review Maintenance of Traffic flow day and night, if required.
<br />
<br />. Monitor the contractor's MOT operations and verify compliance with project specifications and
<br />MUTCD, if required.
<br />
<br />. Verify initial survey base line, benchmarks, elevations, contractor's measurements prior to
<br />construction operations to avoid delays to the contract and report any discrepancies that may
<br />arise.
<br />
<br />. Analyze changes submitted by the contractor for merit. Prepare recommendations to the City
<br />Project Manager and upon final review prepare Change Order documentation to include
<br />justification, time extensions, engineer's estimate and associated correspondence. As directed,
<br />negotiate prices with complete substantiation to the City.
<br />
<br />. In the event of pOSSible claims, maintain and prepare all correspondence and documentation
<br />according to industry procedures to resolve disputes.
<br />
<br />. Submit proper documentation to obtain Material Certifications.
<br />
<br />. Prepare punch list upon project completion and provide copies to the contractor and the
<br />Department. Verify items noted are completed satisfactorily and conduct the final inspection.
<br />
<br />. Prepare all final reports including final payment voucher, material certification, and overrun /
<br />under analysis of project quantities. Provide the City of Sunny Isles with all project records
<br />and as-built drawings.

<br />Team Tally will provide the overall management for the project and will be responsible for quality
<br />assurance for all activities involved. Team Tally is led by Pirooz Borojerdi, P.E., Project Manager,
<br />providing oversight and accountability for all tasks. In this role, Mr. Borojerdi will administer the contract
<br />and will serve as the primary liaison between the project Team, the contractor, the City of Sunny Isles,
<br />the local community, and all project stakeholders. Pirooz has almost 30 years of professional
<br />experience, most with FDOT and in the private sector as a consultant, and is well versed in the
<br />operations, procedures, and the experience needed to get the job done right - the first time! He will
<br />oversee coordination efforts, utility issues, project discrepancies, design issues, and construction
<br />services. With daily interaction with all parties involved, Pirooz will ensure that the contractor is
<br />adhering to schedules, project milestones are met, materials are collected, tested and/or certified prior
<br />to incorporation into the project, survey has been performed and the project progresses on time and
<br />within budget. Mr. Borojerdi will be assisted by Freddy Armi!1ana, Project Administrator, who has
<br />over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.
