Proposers approach methodology to providing the services requested in this solicitation

.

Communication/Partnerinq. Partnering is critical for the success of any project. Whether or not
partnering is contractually required, Team Tally will implement the partnering process to work
with all parties for a "win-win" with ALL stakeholders involved. This includes profitability for all
parties, zero accidents and work zone related injuries, minimal public complaints, positive public
relations, and a project built within budget and contract time constraints. The first step of a
successful venture is communication. Continued communication is key on any project. Team
Tally will conduct regularly scheduled Project Coordination Meetings with the City of Sunny
Isles Project Manager to provide all pertinent information including but not limited to
construction operations, construction progress, proposed schedules, field issues,
documentation, progress payments, traffic concerns, utility relocations, public relations, and any
other information to keep the City well informed. Each meeting will have an agenda and meeting
documentation to include decisions made, progress, planned activities, project updates, and
action items. These practices represent proven methods for successful project delivery.

In addition to weekly Project Coordination Meetings, Team Tally will conduct regular meetings with the
contractor, utility owners, and City of Sunny Isles to review tasks at hand, discuss concerns,
testing/inspection needs, and coordinate between all parties. These meetings facilitate early
identification, resulting in quick and efficient resolution. We will also conduct "pre-phase" meetings, as
operations permit, prior to performing critical items such as pile driving, vibration monitoring, precast
operation, drill shaft and bridge construction to address concerns. Team Tally will constantly monitor
concerns of surrounding property owners, businesses, schools, and traffic impacts, which will be
addressed immediately before becoming problematic. Team Tally will work closely with business
and property owners to minimize any impacts to their lifestyle or businesses.
