Project efforts can be ineffective and time consuming if accomplished incorrectly. Our proactive
philosophy emphasizes the early resolution of project issues. At Team Tally, we believe in an on-going
quality control process for identifying these key issues early. This process begins with an understanding
of the client's requirements and awareness of project issues and is executed by our personnel who take
the initiative to do all that is necessary to deliver a successful project.

To meet this goal when projects are assigned, the Team Tally Quality Control Engineer (QCE) develops
an acceptable QAlQC plan for all the work to be performed ensuring it meets contract requirements.
Once in place, the QAlQC plan will be treated as a "Book of Promises". Team Tally personnel, including
all its sub-consultants, will be held accountable to comply with the requirements in the QAlQC plan
without exceptions. Project Administrator, Freddie Armiriana, will hold separate QAlQC meetings with
the Team Tally personnel to review all material certification procedures and prevent any breakdown in
the QAlQC plan that could impact the progress of the work.
Team Tally's philosophy is:

. Quality is achieved by individuals performing work functions carefully, thoughtfully,
thoroughly, and with the knowledge of the expectations of the owner.
. Quality is controlled by planning, coordination, supervision, and technical direction; through
definition of job requirements and procedures; and through the use of certified, experienced
staffing.
. Quality is verified through review, checking, and surveillance of construction operations with
accurate and detailed documentation by inspection forces.
. Quality is assured by assigning a seasoned and experienced Project Administrator to oversee
the quality assurance of the project consisting of field operations - inspection and testing; as well
as internal documentation - accurate certification process and quality as-bulits.
QC/QA involves quality office administration as well as quality field operations.
