<br />Mr. Anniflana has over 20 years of practical material testing, inspection and laboratory services
<br />experience, knowledge of FDOT and Florida Building Code procedures and requirements, and has
<br />performed verification testing and lab management for FDOT Districts 4, 6, Florida Turnpike, and MDX
<br />and has managed special inspectors and threshold inspectors for many Tally projects statewide. In his
<br />position as Project Administrator on this contract, he will work directly for Mr. Borojerdi and will be
<br />responsible for overseeing all the inspections, laboratory and internal QAlQC, and. in addition. will
<br />monitor the laboratory results and turnaround times, manage and schedule technicians for each activity,
<br />review all technician reports to make sure they are in compliance with plan and contract.

<br />Mr. Rai Krishnasamy. P.E Senior Geotechnical Engineer.
<br />Mr. Krishnasamy will be responsible for soil exploration and geotechnical testing. In his previous roles
<br />he has performed as the Project Manager/Lead Geotechnical Engineer for annual contracts with over
<br />20 agencies including Broward County, Broward County School Board, Broward Community College,
<br />Port Everglades, Fort-Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Florida Department of
<br />Transportation District 4 & 6. Prior to that Mr. Krishnasamy was the Project Manager for a $1.2 billion
<br />multimedia super corridor project that included universities, commercial buildings, and residential
<br />roadways. He was also Principal Geotechnical Engineer for a $780 million elevated highway, where he
<br />established Rock Founding Rationale for deep foundation systems. Mr. Krishnasamy was also
<br />Principal Geotechnical Engineer for a $450 million highway that included land reclamation and soil
<br />stabilization.

<br />Mr. Michael K Muchard. P.E. Field Geotechnical Engineer for Load Testing
<br />Mr. Muchard will be responsible for PDA, dynamic load testing and cross sonic logging. He has 19
<br />years of geotechnical engineering and heavy civil construction experience coupled with 10 years of full
<br />spectrum business management. As Principal Engineer of Applied Foundation Testing, Mr. Muchard
<br />has been the responsible engineer on hundreds of foundation testing projects over the past 10 years.
<br />These projects include various DOT, government and private clients all over the continental United
<br />States, Canada, South America, and the Caribbean. He has extensive experience and is considered an
<br />expert in STATNAMICTM, dynamic, and Static load testing methods as well as instrumentation and data
<br />acquisition. Having performed over 3000 load tests on over 400 projects involving driven piles and
<br />drilled shafts, including STATNAMICTM load testing to 5,000 tons, and Pile Driving Analyzer (PDA), has
<br />resulted in his being selected for very special and challenging deep foundation projects. This
<br />experience has allowed him to play a key role in the pioneering of new technologies that have had
<br />positive influence on the foundation industry such as STATNAMIC@ Load Testing, Smartpile<ID wireless
<br />dynamic pile testing, and Post Grouted Drilled Shafts.

<br />Mr. Jeffrey H. Marcus. PhD, Senior Environmental Scientist
<br />Dr. Marcus has experience in environmental assessment and regulatory compliance. He has an
<br />extensive background in transportation related impact analysis as required by NEPA (Programmatic,
<br />Cat-EX Type II, EAlFonsi and EIS's) and FHWA regulations as well as State Environmental Impact
<br />Reports (SEIR) for non-federally funded facilities. His areas of expertise include freshwater and marine
<br />ecology, wetlands restoration and enhancement programs, and the preparation of environmental
<br />assessments and impact statements; particularly in subtropical and tropical habitats. Dr. Marcus has
<br />conducted numerous biological surveys, air and noise investigations, endangered species impact
<br />assessments, wetlands delineations, ecological risk assessments, and has prepared a wide variety of
<br />permit applications at the Federal, State and local levels. He has conducted over 200 Phase I and
<br />Phase II environmental audits and has supervised groundwater and sediment contamination
<br />assessments throughout the United States. His compliance experience includes RCRA, CERCLA,
<br />CWA, TSCA, FIFRA, OSHA, NEPA, and DOT and was the FDOT District 6 Environmental
<br />Administrator earlier in his career.
