<br />Tally Engineering will be the Prime Consultant and provide Project Management and Project
<br />Administration, and be responsible for all civil, utility design and relocation and will perform
<br />prestress/precast inspections, pile driving, bridge inspections, concrete, earthwork, rebar and all the
<br />structural inspections for the bridge, fishing pier, building inspections, special inspectors, material
<br />testing, inspection and laboratory services, vibration monitoring, drill shaft inspections, and CSL testing
<br />and reporting on all drill shafts.

<br />Foundation Testing, Inc., C3TS, New Millennium Engineering, Inc. We have carefully chosen our

<br />Mr. Pirooz Boroierdi. P.E. Project Manager, Civil, Structure and Material Testing / Threshold
<br />Inspector

<br />Team Tally is headed by Mr. Borojerdi, performing in the capacity of Project Manager and primary
<br />point of contact. Mr. Borojerdi is not new to these challenges. He has over 25 years of experience in
<br />construction, design, and material testing, in both transportation and vertical construction. In every
<br />project, Mr. Borojerdi has demonstrated strong facilitative and collaborative leadership skills, which
<br />have helped his group focus on task, especially under pressure, tight budget, and during difficult
<br />phases of construction. Mr. Borojerdi's resume is attached and lists his extensive experience as
<br />construction manager in many high profile transportation and bridge projects. These projects included
<br />ramp I from Turnpike to 1-75, construction of the 1-75 Interchange, flyover and movable bridges on
<br />Sunny Isles Blvd., reconstruction of the Golden Glades Interchange, 1-75 and 154th Interchange, Miami
<br />Avenue bridge, and Port of Miami bridge. Mr. Borojerdi has been responsible for materials testing and
<br />certification process for over 400 million dollars for the Florida Turnpike expansion projects. In the area
<br />of vertical construction, Mr. Borojerdi has been involved in design, construction, and construction
<br />management in numerous projects, including The Fountains Condominium in Fort Lauderdale, The
<br />Tabernacle Baptist Church in Tallahassee, Hopewell Baptist Church in Pembroke Pines, and the
<br />Bergeron Industrial Park in Pembroke Pines.
