<br />Scope of Service Provided: Quality control manager, Materials testing and inspection, rebar inspection at Bridge
<br />Project consisted of adding a new five foot wide paved bike path and converting 12 sections of existing bridge to a
<br />fishing pier. Tally Engineering, Inc. performed Quality Control Management for this project. Tally was responsible
<br />for the conducting all pre-activity meetings prior to the contractor beginning the activity, including review of all
<br />submittals, of the guidelines per the project specification, and of the contractor sequence and contingency plans;
<br />perfonning acceptance testing of all materials being use within the limits of the project; monitoring and inspecting the
<br />field placement of all structural fill material (embankment, sub-grade and base rock); performing inspections on all
<br />reinforced steel, fonns and bracing for the bridge and gravity wall; inspecting all prestress beams and piles at the
<br />precast/prestress yard; and monitoring the installation of driven piles, the placement of all structural concrete and the
