Our involvement consisted of I) pre-construction activities as a planner and <br />designer, 2) during-construction as construction manager and special inspector, and 3) post-construction to close out <br />the project. This was a 6.5 million dollar project, extending over 10 acres, and was an elementary school and daycare <br />facility, in addition to all the civil engineering, landscaping, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical <br />services. These services were provided for the owner and Tally acted as owner representative. The scope of services <br />included: providing Resident Engineer, Inspector, Scheduler and Cost Estimator, Cost Estimating, Claims and Change <br />Order Analysis.
