<br />conventional spread footing with isolated column pads, with a reinforced post-tension slab on grade. Structural frame
<br />consist wood system studs, joist and girder and exterior plywood sheeting. Two four story parking garage foundation
<br />were improve by vibro-flotation then conventional spread footing with isolated column pads. A pre-stress joist and
<br />girder system with eight inches reinforced slab was used on the entire elevated slab.

<br />Tally Engineering, Inc. was hired as a Design Consultant and Construction Manager to provide professional services
<br />to School of Islamic of Broward County. Our involvement consisted of I) pre-construction activities as a planner and
<br />designer, 2) during-construction as construction manager and special inspector, and 3) post-construction to close out
<br />the project. This was a 6.5 million dollar project, extending over 10 acres, and was an elementary school and daycare
<br />facility, in addition to all the civil engineering, landscaping, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical
<br />services. These services were provided for the owner and Tally acted as owner representative. The scope of services
<br />included: providing Resident Engineer, Inspector, Scheduler and Cost Estimator, Cost Estimating, Claims and Change
<br />Order Analysis. The Resident Engineering and Inspection Services included: ensuring all work is perfonned in
