Our involvement consisted of I) pre-construction activities as a planner and designer, 2) <br />during-construction as construction manager and special inspector, and 3) post-construction to close out the project. <br />This was a 2.5 million dollar project, extending over 3 acres, and was a two stol)' retail plaza in addition to all the <br />civil engineering work, landscaping, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services. These services were <br />provided for the owner and Tally acted as owner representative. The scope of services included: providing Resident <br />Engineer, Inspector, Scheduler and Cost Estimator, Cost Estimating, Claims and Change Order Analysis. The project <br />included roadway improvements consisting for drainage, lighting, signing, striping, mechanically stabilized earth <br />(MSE) retaining wall system. Quality control management of all material begin use within the limit of the project. <br />Monitor and inspected the field placement of all structural fill material (embankment, pipe-backfill, sub-grade, base <br />rock and MSE retaining wall system).
