<br />and concrete placement for all for Mass Anns and Cantilever Signs drilled shaft structural. Monitor the milling and paving

<br />Quality control manager, Materials testing and inspection, rebar inspection at Bridge Project consisted of adding a new five
<br />foot wide paved bike path and converting 12 sections of existing bridge to a fishing pier. Tally Engineering, Inc. perfonned
<br />Quality Control Management for this project. Tally was responsible for the conducting all pre-activity meetings prior to the
<br />contractor beginning the activity, including review of all submittals, of the guidelines per the project specification, and of
<br />the contractor sequence and contingency plans; performing acceptance testing of all materials being use within the limits of
<br />the project; monitoring and inspecting the field placement of all structural fill material (embankment, sub-grade and base
<br />rock); perfonning inspections on all reinforced steel, fonns and bracing for the bridge and gravity wall; inspecting all
<br />prestress beams and piles at the precast/prestress yard; and monitoring the installation of driven piles, the placement of all
<br />structural concrete and the placement of the bike path's Superpave Asphalt Concrete.
