<br />Mr. Khavanin joined Tally Engineering in January 2008 in the capacity of a
<br />Roadway design and drainage engineer. Presently Mr. Khavanin is working on
<br />the following projects:

<br />2009 _ Ongoing - Pembroke Road intersection with new access road at
<br />Grand Palms Country Club; Pembroke Pines, Florida.
<br />As a design engineer, Mr. Khavanin is directly responsible for alignment,
<br />drainage, pavement design, utilities, channelization, signage pavement marking,
<br />signalization, lighting, curb and gutter, and all the modifications to Pembroke Road
<br />for the new entrance, including but not limited to, transition lane,
<br />acceleration/deceleration lane from east and west approach to Grand Palms Drive
<br />for the new access road to a community of 500 homes. This design is in two
<br />phases: design the access road for the developer and modification of Pembroke
<br />Road, including signalization, to be paid for by the City of Pembroke Pines. The
<br />scope of the design is the design and maintenance of traffic on Pembroke Road
<br />to provide modification of the median, a storage lane and new signalization for
<br />eastbound and westbound entrance and exit to and from the community and
<br />Pembroke Road.

<br />2008 - ongoing - Pines Boulevard intersection with Grand Palm Drive
<br />The scope of the design is conduct a traffic study, lane widening to the
<br />existing State road, lighting, utility relocation, median work, landscaping, curb
<br />and gutter, additional signs, pavement marking, intersection design and
<br />modification of the existing signalization to accommodate additional
<br />movement. This project consists of the design and permitting of additional
<br />right and left turns on Grand Palms Drive into Pines Blvd. (a State road), as
<br />well as widening of Pines Blvd. in order to accommodate the
<br />acceleration/deceleration lane of the Grand Palms Drive to Pines Blvd.
<br />Eastbound. His responsibility in this project was limited to traffic study and
<br />signage and stripping from Grand Palms Drive to Pines eastbound and
<br />westbound.

<br />2008 - ongoing - Golf View Village located in Sunrise, Florida
<br />This project consisted of the design of new site plan and construction
<br />documents for a seven townhouses. These construction documents include
<br />water, sewer, force main, pavement design, signing and marking for the Golf
<br />View Village Condominium.

<br />2008 - ongoing - Turtle Run development located at Vero Beach,
<br />Florida.
<br />As a member of the Design Team, responsibility is limited to traffic study,
<br />signalization, modification, signage, lighting, and striping of SR-60 for
<br />entrance and exit to the community. The scope of work of this project is the
<br />design and approval of the site plan for one hundred and eighty six single
<br />family home community: wet and dry retention ponds, environmental plan,
<br />mitigation plans, water, sewer, force-main, pavement design, signage and
<br />marking, lighting, curb and gutter, new entrance-exit access to SR-60,
