, . Chris Babas Senior Technician (Earthwork, Concrete, Orilled Shaft Inspector) ., . Mr. Babas was employed by FECP CORP. from 1987 to 2002 as Supervisor in charge of Quality Control. The company produced concrete precast products which included drainage structures, piling and structural beams. He joined MACTEC Engineering in 2002 employed as a field inspector in the Construction Materials Testing Department. His duties included sampling and testing of construction materials on various commercial and FDOT Projects. Mr. Babas began employment with Tally Engineering in March 2004 as a Transportation Construction Engineering Inspector. His responsibilities are the overall quality and inspections of roadway construction and materials used in conjunction' with FOOT Project Specifications. These Inspection roles consist of Earthwork Operations; Concrete Placement; Drilled Shaft Installations; Pile Driving Monitoring and Maintenance of Traffic Compliance.
