<br />Project Description: The project consisted of widening and extending the existing
<br />interstate overpasses entrance and exit ramps. Including reconfiguration and
<br />modifying existing drainage, and signalization along, Sheridan Street. Add four
<br />miles of guardrail along 1-75 between Miramar to Griffin exit. In milling and
<br />resurfacing of Sheridan Street between, Dike Road to SW 142th avenue.
<br />Responsibility: Monitor and inspected the field placement of all structural fill
<br />material including sampling and material testing of embankment, pipe-backfill,
<br />sub-grade and base rock. Monitor sample and test the placement of all structural
<br />concrete including drilled shaft, (for Mass Arms and Cantilever Signs). Monitor
<br />the milling and paving operation for all milling of existing asphalt pavement and
<br />new Superpave Asphalt Concrete placement including monitoring spread rate,
<br />cross slope, and straightedge.
