We <br />become a vital part of that department by maintaining constant and direct communication with the <br />Department staff that is either influencing or being influenced by our services. The reason we call it simple is <br />because it is based on plain old common sense. If everyone involved with a project is aware of what is <br />happening; things lUn smoother. <br /> <br />Project Management System and Reporting: <br /> <br />WLI's project approach for this contract will be to faithfully execute the following tasks: <br /> <br /> 1. <br />t 2. <br /> 3. <br /> 4. <br /> 5. <br /> 6. <br /> 7. <br /> 8. <br /> 9. <br /> <br />Open and maintain paths of communication between the Department and WLI in order to <br />fully understand and exceed the expectations of the Department. <br />Verify CUlTent testing, inspection, plan review, and permitting procedures and preferences of <br />the internal staff of the Department. <br />Confirm expected delivery deadlines. <br />Communicate constantly with the Department in order to obtain the workload as soon as <br />available. <br />Perform the required services in an efficient and accurate manner. <br />Provide on-going feedback to the permit holders, contractors, engineers, and architects as to <br />the status and possible issues associated with their project. <br />Provide all required documentation to the Department for record keeping and delivelY to the <br />permit holder. <br />Provide accurate accounting of time spent on projects as it relates to billings. <br />Constantly confirm with the Depmtment staff that WLI is meeting or exceeding expectations. <br /> <br />Yes, we do realize that # 1 and #9 are essentially the same task, but we believe that it is so critical to the <br />proper flow and mutual satisfaction of this project that communication be stressed between WLI and the <br />Depmtment. <br /> <br />Given our long history of commitment to client satisfaction and our years of experience providing Special <br />Inspection Services, including GeoteclmicallConstlUction Administration, WLI is confident that we will meet the <br />needs of the City. We do not anticipate any constraints in providing a high level of services to the Depmtment <br />and meeting the assigned time constraints for a given project.
