<br />WINGERTER LABORATORIES, INC. (WLI) is pleased to submit this application pursuant to the City of
<br />Sunny Isles' Request for Qualifications Special Inspection Services, including Geotechnical/Construction
<br />Administration. For the purposes of offering the highest standards, quality, and cost-effective services possible
<br />for the efficient execution of the project requirements, we have teamed up with Absolute Civil Engineering
<br />Solutions (ACES), and Pillar Consultants Inc. (PCI) and are referred to as WLI within the submittal.

<br />WINGERTER LABORATORIES, INC. is a family owned, third generation finn that was founded in January
<br />1949 as a Construction Materials Engineering Testing Laboratory to provide quality testing services for the
<br />construction industly in the South Florida area. Founded by George E. Wingelier, P.E.,who served on the
<br />advisory committee in the development of the South Florida Building Code, WLI has been involved in some of
<br />South Florida's most recognizable histOlical construction projects which range from the Original Fontainebleau
<br />Hotel, The Rickenbacker Causeway, Jackson Memorial Hospital, The Metrorail, Bayside Marketplace, Joe
<br />Robbie Stadium and The Ft. Lauderdale and Miami International Airports. We offer the most comprehensive
<br />and specialized testing and quality control services including forensic investigations and specialty work for
<br />which there is no ASTM or specified test method. Today, WLI remains a strong, knowledgeable leader that has
<br />shaped the South Florida skyline continually delivering the quality services, unique perspectives, and specialty
<br />testing services with cost consciousness and efficiency at the forefront.

<br />Absolute Civil Engineering Solutions (ACES) is a Certified M/WBE fim1 offering a full range of engineering,
<br />testing and consulting services from pre-construction through post construction. On a daily basis, ACES is
<br />capable of providing engineering consulting services to both the public and private sector, including owners,
<br />developers, architects, general contractors, propeliy management companies, school boards, and municipalities.
<br />At ACES, we remain focused on knowing our Client's project goals, helping create cost savings and
<br />communicating effectively. As we progress through our work assignments, we continually keep our clients
