If your proposal is accepted, will the policy be written with <br />blanket/agreed value coverage? <br />What are the requirements for the appraisal? <br /> <br />Inland Marine: <br />How was the limit of $4513,248 for items over $15,131313 determined? <br />Please advise if coverage is provided in your proposal as part of the Inland Marine coverage <br />section for: <br />Contractors Mobile Equipment: $266,619 <br />Electronic Data Equipment: $6ee~ee9 <br />Fine Arts: $387,137 <br />Rented~ Borrowed or Leased Equipment: $513,13913 Valuable Papers: $l,eee,ee9 <br />Watercraft: $396,4139 (Including the 21396 25 ft. Commander, valued at <br />$169,ee9?) <br />If coverage for any of the above items is included in another part of the package policy <br />(such as the property section), please explain and describe if the coverage for that item is <br />subject to any sublimits. <br />Proposal states that the deductible for scheduled items over $59,9139 is $5,131313 or 2%. <br />Unscheduled items under $15~eee have a $5913 deductible. <br />What deductible applies to scheduled items less than $513,9139 but greater than $lS~eee? <br /> <br />General Liability: <br />Is Employee Benefits Liability coverage provided on a Claims Made or Occurrence basis? If <br />Claims Made, what is the retroactive date? <br />Will you provide prior acts coverage for Public Officials and Employment Practices liability <br />coverage?
