Y) (JQ) pre-paid registrants for the classes, or <br />the City may, at its sole option, cancel the classes. The City shall negotiate the dates and times <br />with the Performer/Instructor. There shall be no additional performances/classes without the <br />express written approval of the City. <br /> <br />SECTION TWO <br />DUTIES OF PERFORMER/INSTRUCTOR <br /> <br />A. Performer/Instructor shall provide a qualified teacher who 1S a certified <br />Jvt \,\.<;,\'c..c.. \ T'nPerformerlInstructor. <br /> <br />B. Performer/Instructor shall ensure that the performances/classes commence and <br />conclude in a timely manner, as scheduled. <br /> <br />C.
