<br />LIST of ALL Sub vendors, Sub consultants, material men, and suppliers that may be used by the <br />Proposer MUST be provided for the City's approval or rejection at the time of PROPOSAL <br />SUBMISSION. The Proposer shall hold prices as stated in the proposal regardless of any <br />requested modification provided by the City. <br /> <br />3.21 PROPOSER'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The successful Proposer shall provide/obtain all necessary signed and sealed documentation, <br />signed and sealed drawings, concept drawings, schematics, calculations, permitting <br />documentation, permit applications and permits from all AHJ's, and information necessary to <br />design, construct, fabricate, and install the intended canopy structures and leave the site in good <br />condition acceptable to the City. Proposer shall design the canopy and the complete support <br />structure with industrial grade material (all metal fabrication, must be primed and powder coated <br />in the shop) to withstand the weathering due to the proximity of the structure to the ocean and <br />the exposure to UV rays. Furthermore, it is intended that the entire assembly shall <br />compliment the architecture of the existing surrounding facilities and park area. The <br />entire assembly, structure and composition of the canopy and structural elements and <br />attachments must comply with the latest version of the Florida Building Code and federal, state <br />and local regulations. <br /> <br />Prior to fabrication and/or installation, the successful Proposer shall meet with the city staff to <br />ensure that the proposed canopy designs and installation methods are acceptable. The <br />successful Proposer must obtain and pay for all necessary permits. ONLY City fees will be waived. <br /> <br />At the time of construction/installation, successful Proposer must proVide all material, labor, <br />equipment, safety measures, and protective devices/control measures to ensure that the project <br />is successfully implemented, executed, and approved by the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />END OF SECTON <br /> <br />PAGE 23 OF 33 <br />BID No. 11-10-01 <br />
