No additional <br />compensation shall be provided to the vendor for field conditions not understood and/or <br />observed. <br /> <br />. Proposer will be required to protect the entire work area and restore the entire area <br />where damage to property occurs. Coordination with previous contractors may be <br />necessary. List attached. <br />. Proposer must take into consideration the location of all underground utilities prior to <br />designing and construction of the foundations of the structures. <br />. Proposer must protect and completely fence and provide dust control on the fencing <br />during the course of work and during the entire duration of the project. Proposer will not <br />be allowed to close any roadways or drive accesses. <br />. Field verification is required for surface and subsurface lines and shall be part of the <br />proposers cost associated with the design development. <br />. Soil conditions (geotechnical report) shall be verified by the proposer to ensure an <br />adequate design. The City does not have a geotechnical report for soil classification or <br />load bearing capacity at either location. <br /> <br />3.14 TIMES <br /> <br />All work shall be taking place during allowable times. All work area controls and protection as <br />necessary (whether necessary or observed to be needed by the City at any time during the <br />project) will be at the cost of the proposer. <br /> <br />3.15 CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES <br /> <br />Proposer shall ensure that construction vehicles that have leaks do not remain on any of the <br />paver areas. If necessary, proposer shall ensure that the paver driveways and other paver areas <br />are protected from oil spills and or other vehicular fluids. <br /> <br />3.16 SPECIAL INSPECTIONS/TESTS <br /> <br />Proposer shall include the cost for special inspections and tests as required by the building <br />department as part of permitting and project completion. These shall include but not be limited <br />to concrete densities, soil tests, structural support connections, and footings. All inspections and <br />reports shall be provided with original seals and back-up documentation as necessary for filing at <br />the building department. <br /> <br />3.17 100% TURN KEY <br /> <br />This project is a 100% turn-key project.:. <br /> <br />3.18 PAYMENTS <br /> <br />This project requires that all payment include original releases of lien from all vendors. <br /> <br />3.19 SUBMITTALS <br /> <br />Provide a copy of all submittals for all elements that require a color selection, material selection, <br />connector selection, and others as necessary to proVide Quality Control and Assurance for the <br />City. <br /> <br />3.20 SUBS LISTS <br /> <br />PAGE 22 OF 33 <br />BID No. 11-10-01 <br />
