Both William O'Leary and Kathy O'Leary Richards have worked <br />with the City since that time and have helped us shape our City into the "City of <br />Excellence". In 2002, the City retained the newly re -named firm of O'Leary Richards <br />Design Associates. <br />During our relationship, we have found the firm to be extremely knowledgeable, <br />professional, responsive and dependable.
