Prior to that time, both Kathy O'Leary <br />Richards and Bill O'Leary served the City as its Consultant Landscape Architect since <br />1996. O'Leary Richards Design has performed a variety of tasks for the City including <br />several major Capital projects, landscape plan review services and landscape <br />inspections. Some of the Capital projects included new park designs, streetscapes and <br />roadway landscape improvements. In addition, they perform monthly landscape <br />maintenance inspections and provide reports in order to assist the City in quality control. <br />We are extremely pleased with the performance of their firm and always found them to <br />be knowledgeable, reliable, honest and professional in every manner.
