<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011---1.::19.3 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING <br />THE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY LPLA PARTNERS, LP <br />FOR A TEMPORARY SALES OFFICE STRUCTURE, <br />"MANSIONS AT ACQUALINA PHASE I & II SALES <br />CENTER" SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO DO ALL <br />THINGS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS <br />RESOLUTION; APROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 11, 2011, LPLA Partners, LP, submitted an application to the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach, Florida requesting a temporary sales office; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to approve the request to erect the temporary sales <br />office. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approval. Pursuant to Section 218-1 of the Code of Sunny Isles Beach, the City <br />Commission hereby approves the application submitted by the applicant, subject to the conditions <br />set forth herein. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorization of City Mana2er. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do <br />all things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Conditions. The Applicant is required to comply with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The sales center office shall be removed if site plan approval for the main real estate <br />development project is not granted within a year from the date the building permit for <br />the Phase I of the sales center is issued. <br /> <br />2. The proposed sales center shall be developed substantially in accordance with the <br />plans submitted to the City for approval. <br /> <br />3. That the proposed sales center is developed in two phases. Phase I shall comply with <br />plans prepared by DSBoca "Mansions at Acqualina" Phase I Sales Center Site <br />Schematic Design dated October 6, 2011, sheet L-l. Phase II shall comply with plans <br />prepared by DSBoca "Mansions at Acqualina" Phase II Sales Center Site Schematic <br />Design dated October 6, 2011, sheet L-2.
