<br />Summary Minutes: Regular City Commission Meeting <br /> <br />July 8, 2004 <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br /> <br />12C. Add-On Item: <br />Discussion regarding the City Commission meetings schedule. <br />Action: Commissioner Thaler said he would like to make a recommendation that <br />starting in October we go back to the original meetings, prior to this year. He said now <br />we have two set meetings and he believes that we should have one optional meeting each <br />month. Mayor Edelcup said we will go back to one optional meeting each month and we <br />would set that as we go, and it was the consensus of the Commission that the first <br />meeting of the month (the second Thursday of the month), would be the required <br />meeting, and the second meeting (fourth Thursday) would be the optional meeting. <br /> <br />12D. Add-On Item: <br />Mayor Edelcup announced that there is a sculpture on the table that was being considered <br />for the Samson Oceanfront Park, and that we will bring it up again at the next meeting, <br />July 22, 2004, and that it will be here in the Commission Chambers for those who want <br />to look at it. <br /> <br />13. CITIZENS' FORUM: REQUESTS, PETITIONS & OTHER COMMUNICA TIONS <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />14.
