<br />Regular City Commission Meeting <br /> <br />June 3, 2004 <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, Rorida <br /> <br />does not apply to special or emergency meetings, workshops, or to advisory committees. <br />City Attorney Dannheisser also said that the City Manager is recommending we delete the <br />necessity for a speaker to indicate whether he or she is for or against an item or is merely <br />seeking information. <br /> <br />Public Speakers: none <br /> <br />Commissioner Iglesias said that any time any Commissioner believes that they need <br />additional information regarding an item we can always ask for that, and City Attorney <br />Dannheisser said that supplementary information can always be given. <br /> <br />Commissioner Iglesias moved and Commissioner Brezin seconded a motion to approve <br />the proposal on first reading. The motion was approved by a roll call vote of 5-0 in <br />favor.
