<br />Summary Minutes: Regular City Commission Meeting January 15,2004 <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, Rorida <br /> <br />Public Speakers: none <br /> <br />Commissioner Iglesias moved and Vice Mayor Goodman seconded a motion to approve <br />the resolution. Resolution No. 2004-634 was adopted by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> <br />10. MOTIONS <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />11. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />12. CITIZENS' FORUM: REQUESTS, PETITIONS & OTHER COMMUNlCA TIONS <br /> <br />12A. Henry Kay asked for a clarification of the TDRs. He also noted that he became a <br />member of the Sunflower Society and asked if this Commission would donate $1,000 per <br />year to the Sunflower Society. Mayor Edelcup said that he needs to follow procedure and <br />directed him to see the City Manager, and Mr. Kay said he would. <br /> <br />12B. Sydney Davis presented Mayor Edelcup with a 3-foot gavel with an inscribed brass plate. <br /> <br />13.
