<br /> <br />workday. Contractor is advised that processing of invoices must follow this schedule, as the <br />Owner has funding requirements and other payment obligations which may prevent payment of <br />late Statement of Services for that month's billing cycle. A late Statement of Services with a <br />recommendation for payment will be paid in the next month's billing cycle. <br /> <br />The City shall process payment NO LATER THAN 20 business days of submission of proper <br />documentation (not the date of the invoice). This is the date when the City representative <br />acknowledges that the proposer has provided all necessary documentation to justify payment. <br />Documentation shall include but shall not be limited to ORIGINAL partial and final releases of <br />lien, Original Contractor's affidavit of partial and final releases of lien, an Original invoice on an <br />acceptable form approved by the City representative (AlA forms are acceptable), and other <br />documentation required by the City for processing of payment. <br /> <br />2.10 FEDERAL. STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS <br /> <br />The successful Proposer shall comply with all federal, state and local ordinances, regulations, and <br />rules as well as any other laws that would apply to the proposed project. Such proposer costs <br />associated with regulatory requirements shall be included in the project cost whether depicted <br />specifically or not within the body of the proposal. <br /> <br />2.11 NOTIFICATION TO BEGIN WORK SHALL BE GIVEN THROUGH A <br />NOTICE TO PROCEED: <br /> <br />The proposer shall neither commence any work, nor enter a City work premise, until a written <br />Notice to Proceed (NTP) directing the proposer to proceed with the work has been received by <br />the proposer from any authorized City representative; provided however, that such notification <br />shall be superseded by any emergency work that may be required in accordance with provisions <br />included elsewhere in this solicitation and resultant contract. <br /> <br />END OF SECTION <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach I Request for Qualifications No. 11-11-01 <br /> <br />
