<br /> <br />coordination and easements, responsible parties for each decision, early start for each <br />activity, expected finish for each activity and a critical path. <br /> <br />Considerations for design shall include: FDOT Standards, FBC Standards, Miami-Dade County <br />Standards, Federal and State Requirements, City and Owner requests, demolition phasing <br />and coordination, impacts to parking, impact to vehicular flow, utility relocation/adjustments, <br />drainage and impact to existing drainage systems, landscaping and existing streetscape, <br />etc... <br /> <br />E. Estimates <br />The Consultant is responsible for the preparation of a cost estimate for construction. Cost <br />estimates must be in unit prices. The estimate MUST be an Engineer's Estimate of Cost <br />which will be used as the basis for evaluation of bid tabulations from prospective bidders at <br />the time of Construction Bid. If the apparent low bid is more than 10% over the Engineer's <br />estimate of Cost, the City retains the right to request that Consultant to redesign and <br />resubmit the project at no additional cost to the City. <br /> <br />F. Administration <br />The Consultant is responsible for utility coordination, surveying, and securing all permit <br />information from Agencies Having Jurisdiction necessary to ensure that all information is <br />provided on the drawings. <br /> <br />G. Building Permit <br />The Consultant will be required to submit all applications for permits (if required for the project). <br />In ALL case the Consultant will be required to revise all necessary drawings to accommodate any <br />and ALL comments from Agencies Having Jurisdiction. <br /> <br />END OF SECTON <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach I Request for Qualifications No. 11-11-02 <br /> <br />
