<br /> <br />A. Scope of Services <br /> <br />If Consultant is approved under this RFQ to provide services, said scope must include the <br />following: <br /> <br />1. Introduction describing the service required including but not limited to: <br />a. Providing complete and necessary certified survey <br />information/ documentation/drawings <br />b. Providing all design calculations based on Miami Dade County Standards for <br />Stormwater as well as City requirements. <br />c. Providing a complete biddable set of drawings to support the necessary designs <br />to implement a complete and thorough project. <br />d. Providing complete designs to ensure that the roadway and elements to remain <br />are protected, repaired, replaced, or modified as necessary. <br />e. Providing services to obtain and deliver to the City all required permits from all <br />Agencies Having Jurisdiction ("AHJ"). <br />f. Providing ancillary and necessary services to obtain all geotechnical reports and <br />soil information necessary to produce the proper design. <br />g. Providing services for easement acquisition as necessary. <br />h. Other as required by all AHJ. <br />2. Project limits <br />3. Staff members <br />4. Description of Consultant duties and responsibilities of other agencies <br />5. Preparation of Easement/Survey in the event an outfall must be constructed through <br />private property <br />6. Description of deliverables, including a list of drawings and specifications by phase <br />7. Permit Applications/Plans processing to AHJ <br />8. Cost estimations <br />9. Project schedule <br />10. Cost details and break-out <br /> <br />B. Meetings <br />The Consultant will be required to attend and/or update the City regularly. Such meetings <br />will be held at the City. Minutes of all meetings must be prepared by the Consultant and <br />submitted to all those in attendance. <br /> <br />C. Design Standards <br />The design standards shall incorporate ALL relevant and most recent Florida Building Codes <br />("FBC''), Florida Department of Transportation ("FDOT'') Standards, State Standards, Federal <br />Standards, and Miami Dade County Standards where applicable and necessary. <br /> <br />D. Design Schedule <br />The Consultant must prepare a project schedule, including service breakdown, which depicts <br />the project with key milestones and deliverables for design. The schedule shall be updated <br />bi-weekly and must at a minimum key decision points in the design process including utility <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach I Request for Qualifications No. 11-11-02 <br /> <br />
