<br />- <br /> <br />Ms. Minai Shah <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />October 18, 2011 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />the City, PRMG will not bill the City for the remainder of the contract budget for the utility <br />consulting services as provided (contract is not on a lump-sum payment basis). <br /> <br />DELIVERY SCHEDULE <br /> <br />Upon notification to proceed being provided by the City, PRMG will complete the data <br />compilation and fieldwork activities associated with the services identified in this Agreement <br />within 60 days and, after review with the Participating Cities, a report documenting our findings, <br />observations, and conclusions within 15 days following such review. PRMG's ability to meet <br />the schedule will depend upon the availability of information being made available by the <br />Participating Cities and the County which will be necessary to complete the Project. <br /> <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />Included on Attachment D which is made a part of this Agreement are the Standard Terms and <br />Conditions which provides certain contractual requirements between the City, on behalf of the <br />Participating Cities, and PRMG which is in addition to such terms and conditions as specifically <br />discussed herein. <br /> <br />We appreciate the opportunity to submit this Agreement to assist the Participating Cities with its <br />evaluation of apportionment of the Franchise Fee revenues by the County to such Cities. We <br />have provided two (2) copies of this Agreement. If this Agreement is acceptable to the <br />Participating Cities, please acknowledge the City's acceptance as provided below, and return one <br />(1) original to our office; the other original is for the City's files and use.
