As-Built Review: KHA will review as-builts provided by the contractor for conformance with the <br />approved plans, <br />13, Construction Certification of Completeness to Permitting Agencies: Upon satisfactory completion of <br />the work and submittal of satisfactory as-built drawings by the contractor, KHA will notify the <br />permitting Agencies that the project has been completed and that based on our periodic site <br />observations and information provided by the contractor that the project has been constructed in <br />general compliance with the site civil plans, specifications and permit conditions. Certifications will <br />be provided to agencies as applicable. An ADA certification is not included in this task or scope of <br />services. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />KHA will provide, as requested and authorized by the Client, additional services that require services <br />beyond those described above. These additional services may include, but not be limited to: <br />. Permitting with agencies beyond those described above <br />· Response to County and/or City comments beyond those described above <br />. Additional meeting or public hearing attendance <br />. Environmental analysis and engineering, structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, <br />. Utility design beyond relocations necessary, including lift station design and permitting <br />· Landscape architecture and irrigation design plans <br />. Preparation of contractor bid packages or related services <br />. Site planning or platting services <br />. Assistance in preparation of easement documents or right-of-way dedication <br />. Additional plan sets <br /> <br />INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY CLIENT <br /> <br />The following information shall be provided to Kimley-Horn and Associates, lnc, on which it can rely to <br />comp lete the scope of services: <br />. Permit, application, and impact fees <br />.
