COTT DESCRIPTION I FEE I <br />1 Data Collection / Survey $3,800 <br />2 Pre-Application Meeting and Conceptual Plan $1,500 <br />3 Civil Engineering Services $7,700 <br />4 Regulatory Agency Permitting $6,900 <br /> Total Fee $19,900 <br /> <br />Lump sum fees will be invoiced monthly based upon the overall percentage of services performed. <br /> <br />KHA will perform the Services in Task 5 on a labor fee plus expense basis, Labor fee will be billed on an <br />hourly basis according to the attached rate schedule, which is subject to annual adjustment. <br /> <br />Direct reimbursable expenses related to Task 5, such as express delivery services, fees, air travel, and <br />other direct expenses, will be billed at 1.15 times cost. A percentage of labor fee will be added to each <br />invoice to cover certain other expenses such as in-house duplicating, local mileage, telephone calls, <br />facsimiles, postage, and word processing. Administrative time related to the project will be billed hourly. <br />Technical use of computers for design, analysis, GIS, and graphics, etc, will be billed at $25.00 per hour. <br />All permitting, application, and similar project fees will be paid directly by the Client. Any fee estimates <br />in this Agreement are for general budgeting purposes only.
