City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />RFP# 11 -12 -01 V��, Fl eet Wide Remote Management System January 4, 2012 <br />Warranty <br />As an expression of confidence in our products to continue meeting the high standard of <br />reliability and performance that our customers have come to expect, Radio Satellite Integrators <br />products are covered by the following warranty. <br />Radio Satellite Integrators warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship <br />for a period of one year from the date of factory sale, or the term outlined in an extended <br />warranty agreement. During the warranty period Radio Satellite Integrators provides the <br />warranty service. Radio Satellite Integrators will, at its option, either repair or replace products <br />which prove to be defective. The Customer shall prepay shipping charges for products returned <br />to Radio Satellite Integrators for warranty service and RSI shall pay for return of products to <br />Customer. However, the Customer shall pay all shipping charges, duties, and taxes for products <br />returned to Radio Satellite Integrators from outside the United States. This warranty shall not <br />apply to damage resulting from: <br />• Improper or inadequate maintenance by the Customer <br />• Customer - supplied interfacing <br />• Unauthorized modification or misuse <br />• Operation outside of the product environmental specifications <br />• Improper installation, where applicable <br />No other warranty is expressed or implied. Radio Satellite Integrators specifically disclaims the <br />implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Remedies provided <br />herein are Customer's sole and exclusive remedies.
