© InterFleet <br />Hardware Warranty <br />RFP No. 11 -12 -01 <br />City of Sunny Isles Reach <br />All new hardware comes with a 1 Year warranty. Extended warranties are available. As a first tier <br />of support, InterFleet® trains its customer to diagnose basic problems with the systems such as <br />cut or frayed power or antenna cables. If a problem cannot be diagnosed with basic <br />troubleshooting, InterFleet Inc. has a 24 x 7 x 365 call center with a toll free number for issues. <br />Technical Support <br />InterFleet Inc. has a 24 x 7 x 365 Technical Support Help Desk which also manages 24 hour e- <br />mail support. The system is managed by a HEAT° Service & Support Application which allows all <br />issues to be identified and promptly responded to, ensuring minimal service interruption. <br />All incoming calls are evaluated based on system component (i.e. AVL Device, Software, <br />Communications, Mapping, Reporting), and forwarded to the appropriate support resource. If <br />issues are in need of escalation, calls are forwarded to the appropriate manager instantly. The <br />HEAT° System provides InterFleet Inc. with incident and inquiry tracking, case management, and <br />ticketing system for unmatched automation. Follow -up is 100% due to detailed records of every <br />call. <br />Furthermore, The Customer will be assigned an Account Manager to assist in all stages of the <br />project as well as act as its primary contact after implementation to ensure communication <br />between InterFleet Inc. and the Customer for orders, repairs & maintenance of hardware, etc. <br />In addition, any pertinent system wide announcements regarding InterFleet that might or might <br />not affect The Customer are also displayed on the Announcements section within the Reports <br />Module, also identifying the Technical Support Toll Free number, for any end -users to call. <br />is document contains information that is proprietary to InterFleet Inc.
