Training Manuals and <br />Troubleshooting Manuals are provided for all sessions. Electronic copies of Training Manuals are <br />also be provided in PDF format. A sample has been included in Appendix C. <br />It is recommended that on -hands style training is followed, with each City staff member following <br />the session on a computer. Online Training through WebEx is also available for Management, <br />Operational Staff, and Train the Trainer. <br />Training sessions will be lead by the Client's Manager. One (1) On -Site Training Session has <br />been included in the pricing of this submission.
