This project also consisted of the <br />installation and training of the newly installed communications system. Ruben's <br />electronics engineering training developed in the US Army receiving and Honor Graduate <br />certificate being in the top 10% of his class. He is a certified wireless electronics <br />technician through Electronics Technician's Association International, (ETA). This is a <br />Motorola requirement for all authorized Motorola Service Stations. <br />Jean - Michel Noviot, Senior Network Engineer <br />Jean - Michel Noviot is an "A" result driven Sr. Network Engineer with demonstrated <br />success in design, development and deployment of large -scale enterprise systems and <br />staff for various industries. Over 8 years of dedicated experience managing infrastructure, <br />resources and staff in national I.T. departments, with a proven track record of budget <br />management, implementation, team management, and infrastructure design. Mr. Noviot <br />has achieved multiple certifications with a deep understanding of technology, resource <br />and staff management. In addition, Mr. Noviot brings a proven history of engineering <br />systems, with improved functionality and productivity, while meeting critical guidelines. <br />Robert (Bob) Scott, Senior Account Manager and Project Specialist <br />Bob has over 25 years of experience in the communications industry in South Florida, and <br />over 20 years experience as a sales and project specialist with Motorola. He was <br />instrumental in the planning and implementation of multiple city and countywide public <br />safety systems in the tri- county area in south Florida.
