A complete <br />video training library has been developed to demonstrate virtually all aspects of system <br />utilization from installation, to application configuration, to daily system use. If a video is <br />needed to meet a particular need one can be created within a few days. GPS Fleet <br />Solutions also conducts weekly overview training for general users. Any customer <br />employee is welcome to attend as many of these sessions as needed. It is great to orient <br />new users and refresh people's thinking to help them see new applications for the GPS <br />data. <br />Implementation Plan <br />Drawing on 10 years of experience GPS Fleet Solutions has the knowledge to create a <br />realistic and achievable deployment plan to meet GSWA's immediate and future needs. <br />We have an installation team capable of meeting the initial and fleet wide installation <br />needs. The GO4 Device includes multiple options for data analysis. Checkmate software is <br />designed for enterprise use within a network environment. Written in Microsoft NET <br />framework with a SQL format it is client based. <br />Clarification on Route Finder Requirement <br />There was no definition of "Route Finder" on page 14. Our definition of "Route Finder" <br />incorporates a Garmin device and allows for communication back and forth to a driver <br />along with sending route details directly to the Garmin device. Also aids as a dispatching <br />tool. We are not providing pricing for the Garmin devices. This is an option and can be <br />added at deployment or at a later time.
