GPS Fleet Solutions*9 <br />Proposal for the City of Sunny Isles Beach RFP # 11 -12 -01 Fleet Wide Remote Management System <br />Go Key Details Displays a list of current Go Key entries in the system <br />Risk Management <br />Designed to improve driver behavior and maintain the safety regulations for the fleet. <br />Based on exceptions created by GSWA reports are drawn to analyze the % of speed <br />ranges, braking habits and other safety factors. <br />Exceptions: Used to view any broken exception rules for your vehicles or <br />drivers. <br />Risk Management: Displays important statistics to help identify potential risk areas <br />within you fleet. <br />System Reports <br />This is a simplified report to aid in troubleshooting and debugging a particular Go Unit. <br />Debug Analysis: Used when troubleshooting issues with a particular Go Unit <br />Trips and Activity <br />These productivity reports have been designed to maximize the use of both your vehicles <br />and drivers. GSWA will have the ability to measure time at specific customer sites. In <br />doing so GSWA may then analyze where and how time is spent on each job. This data can <br />be used to develop a strategy for improving route efficiency and decreasing mileage. <br />Compare time on the job site vs. off the job site; take a close look at which vehicles are <br />maximizing their time. By comparing the time spent by technicians on similar tasks GSWA <br />will have the ability to identify employees that may be in need of additional training. <br />Similarly the most productive personnel may be identified and rewarded for their <br />exceptional performance. <br />Time Card: Displays activity per day per vehicle or driver <br />Customer Visits: Breaks down your vehicle or drivers stops in customer or office <br />zones <br />Trips /Activity Displays the completed trips for the selected items <br />Page 17 <br />
