RFP No. 11 -12 -01 <br />FLEET WIDE GPS AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM <br />Bob Hedgcock — Senior Vice President of Technology <br />j Mr. Hedgcock provides leadership to our technology team for the software <br />development process, implementation, and informatics. He is a Six Sigma trained <br />professional in user - centered design and process re- engineering. He has <br />experience developing and implementing many of the solutions offered through <br />Intermedix EMSystems, as well as leading the development of a clinical medical <br />informatics suite and a genomic research platform. Mr. Hedgcock received his <br />Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Electrical and Computer Engineering <br />and minor in Business from Valparaiso University. <br />BJ Guillot — Vice President of Advanced Technology <br />Mr. Guillot provides oversight of our applications and features. He has more <br />than 20 years of development, design and technology integration experience. <br />Prior to joining Intermedix, he owned a sole proprietorship that developed fax <br />applications for multiple platforms. Mr. Guillot also spent six years with <br />ExxonMobil leading integration and technological advances. He received his <br />Bachelor of Science degree for both Computer Science and Mathematics from the <br />University of Houston. <br />John Heinen — Senior Vice President of Product Management <br />Mr. Heinen provides product management and customer service leadership for <br />Intermedix EMSystems technology offerings. Mr. Heinen has been in the <br />healthcare technology field his entire career, with over 20 years at GE Healthcare. <br />At GE he held a number of executive positions including Chief Technology Officer <br />for IT and Engineering GM for the hospital EMIR products. <br />His roles there included international assignments in the United Kingdom and <br />France. Mr. Heinen brings strong product management discipline and customer <br />service process management experience to Intermedix. Mr. Heinen received <br />his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota <br />and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin <br />— Milwaukee. <br />© 2011 Intermedix 22 <br />
