All vending machines must accept coins and <br />equipped with a bill acceptor. Machines that will accept credit and debit cards would be <br />preferred. As part of the proposal, pictures and technical information on the machines shall be <br />provided to the City. <br />3.5 FOODS <br />Please see Attachment A for a sample list of the types of healthy organic foods the City prefers <br />to be stocked within the vending machines. As part of the proposal the proposer shall include a <br />listing of food and drinks that are as suggested per Attachment A or equal to be sold including <br />selling price to public. (note that the machines must be stocked with ONLY healthy foods and <br />drinks. As described in Attachment A ) <br />3.6 PROPOSALS <br />The City is looking for a vendor to propose one or a combination of the following; <br />• Monthly percentage of sales <br />• Sponsorship of items such as <br />• Sports Uniforms <br />• Soccer <br />• Basketball <br />• Volleyball <br />• Sporting Equipment <br />• Sports Supplies <br />• Annual lump sum payment <br />• Free product <br />• Product tastings for special events <br />• Discount in volume purchases of products <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach I Request for Proposal No. 11 -11 -04 <br />
