07 SUN Pia <br />3.7 CITY LEAGUES <br />The City operates a number of different athletic leagues throughout the year. The following lists <br />the type of leagues and estimated number of participants; <br />• Soccer (160 participants) <br />• Basketball (100 participants) <br />• Volleyball (30 participants) <br />• Soccer Clinic (300 participants) <br />• Flag Football (30 participants) <br />• Travel League Soccer (32 participants) <br />3.8 REPORTINGS <br />Currently the City does not maintain any sales volume reports for the equipment now in use. The <br />awarded vendor shall provide to the City a monthly report on the sales activity for each machine <br />placed within the City. <br />3.9 REPAIRS AND MALFUNCTIONS <br />The awarded vendor shall maintain a Toll free number that shall be displayed on every machine <br />so that customers can call to report malfunctions, request repairs and required refunds. As part <br />of the proposer's proposal, an explanation on how refunds will be handled for items that have <br />been paid for, but not dispensed. <br />Request for repairs shall be completed within 24 hours of the original request. If a machine is <br />found to be inoperable it shall be replaced within 24 hours of notification. <br />3.10 SECURITY <br />It shall be the proposer's sole responsibility to properly secure the vending machines from theft <br />or vandalism. <br />3.11 ROUTE SCHEDULE <br />The awarded proposer shall provide the City with a route schedule that will detail how often the <br />machines will be serviced including food and drinks rotation and restocking. <br />END OF SECTON <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach I Request for Proposal No. 11 -11 -04 <br />
