APPROACH/ METHODOLOGY 1 West Construction, Inc. has worked with Superior Shade and has developed unique canopy structures for Heritage and Golden Shores Parks respectively. We believe that we have taken all your suggestions of the solicitation into consideration and have designed excellent canopy structures for these parks. Superior Shade provides a quality product and teamed with our general construction experience of over 40 years and D.W. Recreation Services expertise in this area we can provide the City with a superior, cost effective product. Upon result of a contract, West Construction, Inc. will meet with the City of Sunny Isles to discuss all the details relevant to each park. We have the manpower that will execute these projects in a timely manner and meet any deadlines you may have. We will be using a sub contractor, D.W. Recreation Services, Inc., that comes with the knowledge and experience to complete the canopy installations. Since we will be working at active parks we will take all necessary safety measures to ensure the safety of the citizens of Sunny Isles while maintaining a safe work site. West Construction's approach to accomplish the design and construction of the canopy structures at Heritage and Golden Shores Parks will begin with the project manager meeting with City of Sunny Isles to finalize the designs and pick PIP colors. Working with our partners and subcontractors we will re- move PIP and pavers as needed, dig our footers and set posts for canopy structures. We will place the sails of the shade ,which will be at an accessible height for removal and access. Finally, we will repair the PIP and pavers and return all vegetation to it's original state.
