Under the leadership of Matthew West, the firm strives to achieve quality work through the highest level of Ser- vice, Design and Value for each project. We are dedicated to excellence in construction, architecture and personal service to our clients. This is achieved through an intensive collaboration with clients, consultants and careful investigation into the best way to accommodate the program, the schedule and the budget. Our staff has a diverse range of experience in both Public and Private projects creating special places to Live, Work, Shop, Play and Worship. West is proud to support our industry and the community. To help us reach out to others, we are active in the following organizations: The American Institute of Architects (AIA), Associated General Contrac- tors (AGC), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), US Green Building Coun- cil (USGBC) Building Owners and Managers (BOMA) and The Greater Lake Worth Chamber of Com- merce. Our Vision and Intent The City of Sunny Isles Beach is embarking on an exciting project to provide Canopy Structures at Heri- tage Park and Golden Shores Park. This project will enhance the City's presence while providing shade to it's citizens. West Construction is partnering with D.W. Recreation Services and Superior Shade and are very enthusiastic and capable of providing services for these projects. Our Accomplishments West Construction, Inc was founded in Palm Beach County in 1969. We are a third generation, full ser- vice commercial construction company —with sustained annual revenues in excess of $36 Million over the past 5 years. Our current projects year -to -date exceed $40 Million. We cover the state of Florida and beyond, including Puerto Rico, the Bahamas and Liberia, West Africa; providing general construc- tion, construction management and design -build services to our clients. While most companies are downsizing in this current business environment, West Construction, Inc. continues its business growth. Our staff of highly trained and experienced professionals has a track record of delivering all our projects on time, within budget, and as specified. This proven track record added to our success as one of South Florida's leading design -build contractors. The attached information and qualifications illustrate our abilities in the areas of public sector work in- cluding Community Centers, Soccer Fields, Basketball Courts and Recreational Facilities with canopy structures throughout those projects. Our private sector work and relationships are equally impressive as well.
