C I T Y OF S U N N Y I S L E S B E A C <br />T R A F F I C E N G I N E E R I N G S E R V I C E S <br />EAST 4TH AVENUE STREET ASSESSMENT <br />CITY OF HIALEAH, FL <br />RJ Behar was under a continuous contract with the City of Hialeah to provide General Engineering Services <br />for the East 4th Avenue assessment of sidewalks, ADA compliance and cost estimate for repairs or <br />reconstruction of sidewalks of two segments of this roadway; from Hialeah Drive to East 21St Street (1.25 <br />mile segment) and from East 32nd Street to East 53rd Street (1.33 mile segment).
