<br />Supervised the resurfacing /widening of urban roadway, converting from a four -lane section to an eight -
<br />lane urban section. The project limits were from the Turnpike to SW 132nd Avenue.
<br />DESIGN /BUILD P3 FOR 1.595 FINAL DESIGN, BROWARD COUNTY, FL — FDOT, DISTRICT 4

<br />Principal in Charge - The Interstate -595 (1 -595) corridor, between the 1- 75 /Sawgrass Expressway Interchange to just east
<br />of the 1- 595/1 -95 Interchange, is proposed for improvement. The corridor improvements will consist of a minimum of three
<br />general use lanes in each direction for the mainline of 1 -595, the construction of three reversible lanes in the center of the
<br />corridor and upgrades to SR -84, which parallels 1 -595 on the outside. The corridor has been divided into eight
<br />construction zones. RJ Behar is responsible for the design of all the corridor signals and temporary signals, and for
<br />lighting plans from West of Flaming Road to East of Hiatus Road, Zones 2 and 3 (approximately 2 miles). RJ Behar is
<br />also responsible for the overall drainage master plan update for the entire corridor, which includes exfiltration trenches,
<br />both wet and dry stormwater management systems and complete drainage design analysis for seven out of eight design
<br />zones. The Firm is also responsible for the drainage plan preparation for two roadway design sections as well as all
<br />coordination between six different design firms.
<br />PINES BOULEVARD (SR -820) AND 1 -75 (SR -93) INTERCHANGE CEI, CITY OF PEMBROKE PINES, FL — FDOT,
<br />DISTRICT 4
<br />Principal in Charge — He was in charge of this ($11.2 million) Local Agency Program project between the City of
<br />Pembroke Pines and the FDOT, District 4. This was a federally funded project consisting of urbanized improvements at
<br />the 1 -75 (SR -93) and Pines Boulevard (SR -820) Interchange. The project included modifying the existing interstate
<br />overpass, entrance and exit ramps from a rural configuration to an urban configuration, as well as widening,
<br />signalization, landscaping and access management improvements along Pines Boulevard. "No- excuse Bonus" (250K)
<br />and "Incentive /Disincentive" contracting method utilized.
<br />PALM AVENUE FINAL DESIGN (FROM OKEECHOBEE ROAD TO 21s' STREET) — CITY OF HIALEAH, FL
<br />Project Manager /Engineer of Record — The project included streetscape roadway plans, marking and signing plans,
<br />roundabout design, and signalization plans for 6 intersections. The project consisted of converting Palm Avenue from a
<br />one -way to a two -way street.
<br />NW 71h /9th AVENUE CONNECTOR (DESIGN) — CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE, FL
<br />Principal in Charge — The project includes the roadway design of a 1.5 mile urban section, 4 -lane divided, connector
<br />between NW 7th and NW 911 Avenues in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. The scope of this project includes signalization,
<br />drainage design, signing pavement marking and permitting as well as public involvement coordination.

<br />Project Manager — The project included the design and construction management of new construction for approximately
<br />0.5 mile. The scope of services included drainage plans, marking and signing plans and lighting plans.
<br />ANDREWS AVENUE IMPROVEMENT — FDOT, DISTRICT 4
<br />Project Manager for the new construction of Andrews Avenue from Atlantic Boulevard to NW 151h Avenue Project
<br />included roadway design, signal plans, signing and marking, lighting, bridge plans, and traffic studies
<br />SOUTHERN BOULEVARD (SR -80) IMPROVEMENTS — FDOT, DISTRICT 4
<br />Project Manager /Principal in Charge — The scope was for the design and preparation of construction documents for the
<br />reconstruction of a 2.5 mile urban roadway, including a major urban interchange, in West Palm Beach, Florida.
<br />SR- 5 /US -1 RESURFACING (BOCA RATON, FL) — FDOT, DISTRICT 4
<br />Principal in Charge — The project involved for milling and resurfacing (RRR) of 1.4 miles of a major collector.
<br />US -1 /FEDERAL HIGHWAY (FORT LAUDERDALE, FL) — FDOT, DISTRICT 4
<br />Principal in Charge of the median revisions and resurfacing of 1.5 miles, including marking and signing, were completed
<br />from SR -84 to the New River Tunnel.
<br />SR- 25 /OKEECHOBEE ROAD AT NW 95th STREET — FDOT, DISTRICT 6
<br />Principal in Charge for this intersection improvement project, including roadway plans, signing and marking and
<br />signalization plans.
<br />SR- 25 /OKEECHOBEE AT NW 116th WAY — FDOT, DISTRICT 6
<br />Principal in Charge — The scope of this project included intersection improvements and widenings.
<br />US -1 (FEDERAL HIGHWAY) HALLANDALE BEACH, FL — FDOT, DISTRICT 4
<br />This project went from Ives Dairy Road to Hallandale Beach Boulevard and included design of a 1.5 mile, six -lane urban
<br />divided highway. This project included design of over 20 stormwater injection wells.
