At RJ Behar, she is working with design and plans preparation for miscellaneous civil and site engineering projects. Ms. Ramudo has successfully managed large -scale roadway and bridge rehabilitation projects for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). She has also performed engineering analysis of contract plans, specifications and develops alternative solutions for the client for cost - saving benefits. She is very knowledgeable working with GIS, Oracle Primavera Project Mgt P6, and Oracle Primavera Project Planner P3.1, various H &H modeling software, and optimization and linear programming modeling software such as LINGO. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE SR- 5 /US -1 /OVERSEAS HIGHWAY (FROM FONTAINE DRIVE TO S. OF TAVERNIER CREEK BRIDGE) MONROE COUNTY, FL — FDOT, DISTRICT 6 Project Engineer — She is responsible for the design, permitting and construction administration services. The scope of services includes milling and resurfacing, signing and pavement markings, traffic control plans and ADA and pedestrian features upgrades. The project access management analysis resulted in the closure of several unnecessary driveways. Enhanced traffic signal signage was required due to a high rate of accidents at the corridor's one signalized intersection. Additionally the Typical Section was modified to accommodate bicycle lanes without widening. NW 71h /91h AVENUE CONNECTOR (DESIGN) — CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE, FL Project Engineer for the design of a 1.5 mile new alignment urban roadway in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. The scope of this project includes signalization, drainage design, signing pavement marking and permitting as well as public involvement coordination. SR -7 /US -441 ROADWAY LIGHTING AND NW 111h PLACE PEDESTRIAN LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS, CITY OF LAUDERHILL, FL — FDOT, DISTRICT 4 LAP PROJECT Project Engineer responsible for the design, quality assurance reviews of the plans, permitting and coordination with respective agencies. Once construction begins, Ms. Ramudo, will be responsible for the construction administration and quality assurance of the project to ensure the improvements are constructed in accordance with the design. The scope of this project includes milling and resurfacing, installation of decorative stamped concrete and asphalt, lighting, landscaping, and street furniture. This is a FDOT Local Agency Program (LAP) Project. Project length: 0.45 miles NW 141h STREET CONCEPT PROJECT MANAGEMENT — MDX (EAC CONSULTING, INC.) Project Engineer responsible for coordinating the design services and construction administration between EAC /MDX and the design consultant. This project consists of ramp widening and improvements for the SR -836 off ramp for NW 14th Street and upon completion will help to alleviate the traffic entering into the University of Miami. INDIAN STREET BRIDGE AND ROADWAY PLANS REVIEW — FDOT, DISTRICT 4 Project Engineer responsible for the design, quality assurance reviews of the plans, permitting; with respective agencies, and construction administration services for the coordination of the construction.
